Mangools Pricing and Plans in August 2026: Basic, Premium and Agency Costs

Mangools costs $30.50 a month on Basic, $40.50 on Premium and $70.50 on Agency as of , falling to $18.85, $26.35 and $48.85 when the year is paid up front. All five tools and the AI Search Watcher ride on every tier; the tiers only resize the daily quotas.

The cycle is the real decision here. Monthly Basic is $30.50 while the annual figure is $18.85, so staying uncommitted costs $11.65 every month. The yearly totals are printed to the cent: $226.20, $316.20 and $586.20.

Below: the daily request meters that separate the tiers, the seat rules, and the 48-hour money-back window that stands in for a trial. Both cycles were read off the vendor's plans page on a dated pass, totals included.

§3

What is in your bill that the advertised rate does not price

The meters empty and refill every 24 hours

Keyword research runs 100, 500 or 1,200 lookups a day up the tiers, SERP analysis matches it, site analysis runs 20, 70 or 150. Hit a wall and the counter waits out the day. Rank tracking is the standing quota instead: 200, 700 or 1,500 keywords across unlimited domains.

One meter is monthly, and it is the big one

Backlink rows follow the month, not the day: 100k on Basic, 500k on Premium, 1.2M on Agency. Deep link audits drain the budget in bursts, and it is the wall serious link work hits first.

Seats are advertised without a price

Premium says 3 extra seats available, Agency says 5, Basic allows none, and no per-seat rate appears anywhere on the plans page. The seat line of a team's bill cannot be computed from the published plans.

$30.50/mo ($18.85/mo on annual)

What people run on Mangools: five workloads sized against the meters

KWFinder lookups, SERPWatcher terms, LinkMiner rows and the AI kit.

Every Mangools quota is a daily meter or a standing count. Five workloads, sized against them.

Long-tail keyword research on a daily meter

KWFinder is the tool this suite is bought for, and its meter is the first wall anyone meets. Keyword research runs 100 lookups per 24 hours on Basic, 500 on Premium, 1,200 on Agency. A lookup is a search, and a working session eats them faster than expected: seed terms, competitor domains, variations, each one draws on the day's budget. The suggestions returned per search are also tiered, with Basic capped and the two upper tiers listed as unlimited, asterisk attached.

The daily shape rewards steady work and punishes binges. A blogger researching two posts a week never sees the Basic wall. A content shop batching a month of briefs into one afternoon hits it before the afternoon ends, then waits for the reset. Since the tools never change between tiers, the only question is which daily rhythm you actually have. Count a real day, not an average one.

On the published ratesA content shop running 150 lookups a day overruns Basic's 100 and lands on Premium: $40.50 a month, or $26.35 with the year paid up front.

Rank tracking across a client list

SERPWatcher's quota works differently from the research meters: tracked keywords are a standing count, not a daily draw. Basic holds 200 terms, Premium 700, Agency 1,500, and domains are unlimited at every tier. That last rule is the one freelancers should notice. A ten-client roster costs nothing extra in projects here; only the total term count matters, which makes the capacity math unusually clean.

The planning failure mode is padding. Tracking every keyword a client ever mentioned burns the quota on terms nobody reports on, and the tier above is the price of that habit. Track what appears in the monthly report and the count stays small. When the roster genuinely grows past the quota, the step up is $10 or $30, which is cheaper than any per-project pricing in this category's upper half.

On the published ratesEight clients at 60 keywords each is 480 tracked terms: Premium's 700 holds it at $40.50 a month. Client twelve at that rate pushes past 700 toward Agency at $70.50.

SERP analysis before every article

SERPChecker carries its own daily meter, and it mirrors keyword research exactly: 100 analyses per 24 hours on Basic, 500 on Premium, 1,200 on Agency. The workflow it prices is the pre-writing check: pull the results page, read the difficulty, decide whether the article is worth writing. One check per target keyword, sometimes two or three when comparing angles.

SiteProfiler's meter is the tighter one in this workflow and gets forgotten: 20 site analyses a day on Basic, 70 on Premium, 150 on Agency. Checking domain metrics on every SERP competitor draws it down fast, five results reviewed for four keywords and the Basic day is done. Editorial teams that check SERPs casually fit Basic. Teams that profile every competitor on every SERP are Premium customers whether they know it or not.

On the published ratesThirty articles a week with two SERP checks each stays inside Basic's daily 100, but profiling five domains per article runs the 20-a-day site meter dry: Premium at $40.50 fixes the narrow meter, not the wide one.

Watching AI answers without an add-on bill

AI Search Watcher PRO is bundled into every Mangools tier, and its quota does not move with price: 500 prompts monitored, unlimited monitors, four extra LLMs beyond the default, identical on Basic, Premium and Agency. AI visibility is part of the subscription here rather than a separately priced product, which is worth knowing in a category where AI tracking often carries its own line.

Sizing the job is refreshingly dull as a result. List the prompts worth watching, brand names, product terms, the questions buyers ask an assistant, and note that 500 covers a serious watchlist for a small brand portfolio. Since no tier changes the allowance, the AI job alone never justifies a tier step. Buy the tier your research and tracking volumes need, and the AI kit rides along at whatever price that turns out to be.

On the published ratesThe AI quota is flat across all three tiers, so this workload prices at Basic: $30.50 a month, or $18.85 on the annual cycle, with the identical 500-prompt kit at every rung above.

Switching to Mangools from Semrush, Ahrefs or SpyFu: prune before moving

Semrush lists, Ahrefs link exports, SpyFu's monthly search meter.

Most moves onto Mangools are downgrades in spend. Here is what survives each trip, and what does not.

Coming from

Semrush

Semrush runs $139 a month where $31 buys the Mangools tier you would land on.

Quotas shrink hard on the way down: 500 daily tracked keywords on the Semrush entry tier against 200 standing here on Basic. Prune the tracking list before the move, not after it.

  1. Export keyword lists and rank history while the Semrush subscription is live; nothing imports them for you.
  2. Cut the tracking list to the 200 terms that earn reporting; Premium's 700 at $40.50 is the escape valve.
  3. Watch the calendar: the money-back window here is 48 hours, so test hardest in the first two days.
Coming from

Ahrefs

Ahrefs is $129 a month against $31 here, and the index behind it is the difference.

LinkMiner is a smaller index behind monthly row caps. Run your biggest link report against the 100k Basic budget before trusting the tier with real audit work.

  1. Pull full backlink exports from Ahrefs first; you will want the reference copy on disk.
  2. Size the row budget honestly: 100k on Basic, 500k on Premium, 1.2M on Agency, per month.
  3. Re-seed rank tracking by CSV and accept the history reset; unlimited domains soften the rebuild.
Coming from

SpyFu

SpyFu costs $39 a month against $41 here, with a differently shaped meter.

The meter changes shape on arrival: SpyFu counts searches by the month, Mangools counts lookups by the day. A binge-research habit hits the daily wall here.

  1. Tally your heaviest single research day; past 100 lookups the landing tier is Premium, not Basic.
  2. Export keyword and competitor lists from SpyFu to CSV before the old plan lapses.
  3. Use the 48-hour window to rerun a real workday against the daily caps before the year is committed.

Mangools Basic enters at $30.50 a month against a category middle of $84, near the floor of the band. The trade is stated openly beside the tiers: five focused tools with daily caps instead of an all-you-can-eat index. For keyword work, SERP checks and modest tracking, the caps are roomy. For industrial link data, they are the product's edge.

The honest read: the tiers barely matter here, the cycle does. $10 separates Basic from Premium and $30 more reaches Agency, while switching to annual takes $11.65 to $21.65 off each month. Decide inside the 48-hour window, then commit the year. Paying monthly here for the long term is the one clearly wrong answer.

D1Cycle. about 35 percent by the vendor's own figure; Basic is $18.85 annual against $30.50 monthly.

Mangools pricing FAQ: seats, daily meters and the 48-hour guarantee

Annual totals, the missing trial, the API token and the Semrush gap.
11.1How much does Mangools cost in 2026?
Three tiers: Basic at $30.50 a month, Premium at $40.50, Agency at $70.50. Paid yearly the per-month figures fall to $18.85, $26.35 and $48.85, charged as totals of $226.20, $316.20 and $586.20. Every tier includes all five tools. The price only moves the quotas.
11.2Does Mangools have a free trial?
Not on our record. What Mangools sells instead is a 48-hour money-back guarantee: pay for any tier, and you have two days to reverse it. Treat those two days as the trial. Run your heaviest research day against the caps before the window closes, especially if you are committing $226.20 or more to the annual cycle. At 1 tracked keyword the step from Mangools Basic to Mangools Agency costs $360 a year.
11.3How much does Mangools cost per year?
The published totals are $226.20 for Basic, $316.20 for Premium and $586.20 for Agency, which the vendor also states as $18.85, $26.35 and $48.85 a month. The banner discount is about 35 percent against paying monthly. The whole total is charged at once, not spread.
11.4What is the difference between Mangools Basic, Premium and Agency?
Quotas, and nothing else. Keyword lookups go 100, 500, 1,200 per 24 hours; SERP analyses match those numbers; tracked keywords go 200, 700, 1,500; backlink rows go 100k, 500k, 1.2M a month; site analysis goes 20, 70, 150 a day. Tools are identical everywhere. Pick by your heaviest day, not by the feature list.
11.5Can my team share one Mangools account?
Basic is strictly a single seat. Premium advertises 3 extra seats available and Agency 5, but the plans page prints no per-seat price for them on our record, so budget that line as unknown until you ask. A team needing more than six seats has no plan to buy at all.
11.6Is Mangools cheaper than Semrush?
At the door, by a lot: $30.50 against $139 a month, and $18.85 against $117.33 on the annual cycles. The gap is the depth. Semrush sells an all-in-one suite with bigger data and add-ons; Mangools sells five focused tools behind daily meters. A freelancer doing keyword and rank work keeps the difference.
11.7What is AI Search Watcher PRO and does it cost extra?
It is the AI answer monitoring layer, and it is bundled into every tier: 500 prompts monitored, unlimited monitors, and four extra LLMs beyond the default. Nothing about it changes as you move up the tiers, so the $30.50 Basic carries the same AI kit as the $70.50 Agency.
11.8What are the daily limits on Mangools?
Everything except backlinks meters per 24 hours. Keyword research: 100 lookups on Basic, 500 on Premium, 1,200 on Agency. SERP analysis: the same three numbers. Site analysis: 20, 70 and 150 requests. When a meter empties, the work waits for the daily reset. Backlink rows are the exception, metered monthly at 100k, 500k and 1.2M.
11.9How many keywords can I track with Mangools?
200 on Basic, 700 on Premium, 1,500 on Agency, and the domains are unlimited at every tier, so the count is the only thing to plan. Eight clients at 60 keywords each is 480 terms and fits Premium at $40.50 a month. Past 1,500 tracked terms there is nothing left to buy here.
11.10Which tools are included in a Mangools subscription?
All five, on every tier: KWFinder for keyword research, SERPChecker for difficulty analysis, SERPWatcher for rank tracking, LinkMiner for backlinks and SiteProfiler for domain metrics, plus the bundled AI Search Watcher PRO. There is no tier that sells a subset.
11.11Does Mangools offer an API?
Yes, and Mangools does not tie it to a tier. Any account, including a free one, can take a token from the API token page and send it in an X-Access-Token header. An MCP server in beta runs on the same token for AI clients. Calls draw on the daily meters you already pay for: 100 requests a day on Basic, 500 on Premium, 1,200 on Agency. The API changes what you can automate, not what you are billed.
