Streak pricing: the quick answer

Quick answerHigh· Verified July 8, 2026

Streak runs from a free plan up to $159 per user each month across four Gmail-based tiers. Free covers basic email tools; Pro is $59 per user monthly or $49 annual, Pro+ $89 or $69, and Enterprise $159 or $129 with a 10-user minimum. Annual billing takes 20 percent off. Each paid seat gets a monthly pool of AI credits that does not roll over, and once it runs out you buy add-on packs priced separately. Fine if you already live in Gmail.

Streak Hidden Costs & Pitfalls

What sits on top of the plan fee

The seat price only covers a set allowance of AI credits and assumes a big enough team. What lifts the real bill is buying more credits and clearing the Enterprise seat floor.

AI credit packs beyond the included pool
Each paid plan bundles pooled AI credits (20 per user on Pro, 500 on Enterprise) that reset monthly with no carryover. A team that leans on deal summaries, autofill and web research drains the pool and buys recurring packs: $100 a month for 1,000 credits, up to $1,000 a month for 25,000. So a heavy-AI Pro team can spend more on credits than on seats.
$100/mo (1,000 credits) to $1,000/mo (25,000)
Enterprise 10-seat minimum
The Enterprise tier is annual-only and requires at least 10 users, so even a team of six that wants custom roles and data validation pays for 10 seats at $129 per user annually, roughly $1,290 a month before it has the headcount to fill them. That floor makes Enterprise a jump reserved for genuinely larger teams.
$129/user/mo x 10-seat minimum (annual)
Whole team on one plan
Streak does not allow mixed-plan teams, so everyone sits on the same tier. You cannot put two power users on Pro+ and keep the rest on Pro; upgrading one person means upgrading all of them. For a growing team that turns a single advanced-feature need into a bill increase across every seat.

Positioning

$59/moentry price
146% above the category median
low $11median $24 · n=17high $299

Streak positions its core Pro plan at $59/user/mo, well above the crm category median of $24/mo. However, solo operators face a steep entry point now that Streak has eliminated its lower-tier solo plans, forcing users straight into the $59/user/mo Pro tier or the $89/user/mo Pro+ tier for basic automations. While the Free plan offers basic email tracking, the steep jump to Pro makes Streak hard to justify unless you are deeply committed to managing your entire workflow inside a Gmail sidebar.

Cost drivers

  • 1Pricing is straightforward; no documented hidden fees or overage traps found.

Watch-outs

Streak has alienated its legacy user base by eliminating its affordable solo tiers, forcing small businesses into expensive upgrades. Users report sudden pricing shifts and a feeling of being forced into higher-priced plans to keep their workflows intact.

Strengths

The Pro plan at $59/user/mo offers lives entirely within your Gmail inbox, no app switching.

  • Visually manage deals and tasks directly alongside emails

I like their functionality, but my only option is a $49/mo plan

Editor’s take

Solo users and very small teams should avoid Streak due to the elimination of entry-level tiers. If you are a collaborative team that lives entirely inside Gmail, the Pro plan at $59/user/mo is a viable niche option. Otherwise, you will get far more standalone CRM power and better contact management by choosing Pipedrive at $24/mo.
