ClickFunnels Pricing and Plans in August 2026: Launch, Scale, Optimize and Dominate Costs
ClickFunnels costs $97 a month on Launch, $197 on Scale and $297 on Optimize, or $81, $164 and $248 billed annually as of . Dominate is annual only at $5,997 a year. There is no free plan, just a 14-day trial, and every tier is flat for the whole account.
The tiers sell capacity, not features. Every tier carries the same sixteen bundled apps; what moves is the account's room: 10,000 contacts and 50,000 emails a month on Launch, up to 400,000 contacts and 1.2 million emails on Dominate. Your list picks the tier, not your team.
This page prices the four published tiers at your own volumes: the contact ceilings that force the next tier, the promo label on the funnel allowance, and where a $97 entry lands in a category whose middle is $15. Every figure was read off ClickFunnels' own pricing page in .
This page prices ClickFunnels, the funnel builder and marketing suite from ClickFunnels LLC, in its current generation. Vendor material sometimes calls it ClickFunnels 2.0.

What your line costs on the published rates
The flat rate covers the whole account at this size. What moves next is a ceiling, not a seat count.

Where the bill sits above the advertised rate
Monthly keeps the exit open at $97, $197 or $297; the published totals live on the annual path.
What is in your bill that the advertised rate does not price
50,000 sends a month on Launch, 300,000 on Scale, 750,000 on Optimize, 1.2 million on Dominate. A weekly campaign to a full list spends most of the allowance.
Launch holds five custom domains. From Scale upward the count is unlimited, which quietly matters to anyone running one funnel per brand.
Where your rate sits against the category
That entry sits far above the $18 middle of the 21 builders we price. The bundle is the argument for the gap.
Above the category's published range. The bundled stack is the whole case for the premium.
Launch to Dominate straddles the category's top: street money at entry, enterprise money at the last rung.
The configuration we would sign off

Fine today, tight within the year at normal list growth.
The calculator reads the four published tiers only: flat rates, fixed ceilings, no per-seat arithmetic to model.

| Your case | Plan | Why this one |
|---|---|---|
| One business, one list, getting a funnel liveA first product launchA lead magnet feeding one email list | Launch $97 a month | Or $81 on the annual path, a published year of $972. It buys room for 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month, five custom domains and two team members. The full app bundle is already here. The tier ends when the list does: contact 10,001 is a Scale conversation, whatever your revenue looks like. |
| A list past ten thousand, or a build that needs codeCustom scripts on funnel pagesA webhook into the CRM | Scale $197 a month | $164 on annual billing, $1,968 for the published year, and the step is $996 at those totals. Capacity is the headline: 75,000 contacts and 300,000 emails a month. The quieter half matters more to builders: full API access, webhooks and the custom code editor live here and not below, and domains stop being counted. |
| A marketing team running several propertiesTen workspaces for ten offersA list in six figures | Optimize $297 a month | $248 on annual billing, $2,976 for the published year, with 150,000 contacts, 750,000 emails a month, ten workspaces and ten team members included. On a full team the annual path works out at $24.80 a head, on a plan that never counts heads. Buy it for the volume; the feature list stopped growing a tier ago. |
| Volume that would break the tiers belowA 400,000-contact listOver a million sends a month | Dominate $5,997 a year, annual only | There is no monthly path: one payment of $5,997. It holds 400,000 contacts, 1.2 million emails a month, twenty workspaces, twenty team members and three hours of private onboarding. Across twenty included seats that is $25 a head. The commitment is the price of the volume. |

ClickFunnels hidden costs: a promo label and five ceilings worth reading
Price check history
Each read of the published rates is on the record with its date. Across 5 of them the three plans held.
We watched from spring 2026 onward and claim nothing about the years before that. five reads, no movement.
Where this rate sits in the category
21 website builders tools priced by one method. Entry rates run $4.50 to $69 a month, and the middle sits at $18.
Every calibration point was read the same way and on the same pass, August 2026.
Six charges that sit outside the advertised rate
Sorted by how much each one adds once the site is live.Unlimited funnels wears a promo label
Every tier lists "Unlimited Funnels (Limited Time)". The vendor does not publish what the allowance becomes when the promotion ends, or when that is. An account built on dozens of funnels is betting its structure on a label the pricing page itself calls temporary.
The contact ceiling is the real upgrade trigger
10,000 contacts on Launch, 75,000 on Scale, 150,000 on Optimize, 400,000 on Dominate. The count is per account, and a growing list walks through those ceilings on its own schedule. Nothing in the published plans says what an overage costs; the next tier is the overage price.
Email volume is capped by tier
50,000 sends a month on Launch, 300,000 on Scale, 750,000 on Optimize, 1.2 million on Dominate. A weekly campaign to a full Launch list already spends 40,000 of the 50,000. The email ceiling and the contact ceiling usually argue for the same upgrade, which is the design.
Nothing here is free, at any tier
No free tier exists; the range starts at $97 a month, or $81 on annual billing. The trial runs 14 days, and the vendor's own FAQ lists a 30-day money-back guarantee as a topic. A trial that converts becomes at least $972 a year on the annual path.
Dominate takes one cheque
The top tier is annual only: $5,997 up front, no monthly equivalent sold. The three tiers below all offer both cycles. A buyer who needs Dominate volume but pays monthly does not have a plan to buy.
AI words are metered per tier
1 million words a month on Launch, 2 million on Scale, 5 million on Optimize, 10 million on Dominate. No overage rate is published for the AI allowance either. It climbs tier by tier like everything else, which makes heavy AI drafting one more reason the account drifts upward.
What ClickFunnels does not publish
Each line below was looked for on the vendor's page and is not there. That too is a reading.
- 01What the funnel allowance becomes when the Limited Time label ends. No successor terms appear anywhere on the page.
- 02An overage price for contacts, emails or AI words. The next tier is the only remedy the page offers.
- 03A monthly path to Dominate. The tier exists only as a $5,997 year.
- 04Anything above 400,000 contacts. Dominate is the last tier, and no contact-sales plan is published beyond it.
ClickFunnels billing and commitment terms
| Flat rate | One price for the whole account. Team members are included by tier, not sold as seats. |
| Contact | One person in the account's list. The per-tier ceilings, 10,000 to 400,000, are what the tiers really sell. |
| Workspace | A separate working area inside the account: one on Launch, up to twenty on Dominate. |
| Team member | An included login. Two on Launch, five on Scale, ten on Optimize, twenty on Dominate. |
| Limited Time | The label on the unlimited funnel allowance. No end date or successor terms are published. |
| Annual only | How Dominate is sold: one $5,997 payment, with no monthly cycle offered. |

Bubble

Is ClickFunnels worth it: fair for a full stack, dear as a page builder

Capacity picks the tier here, and people are barely on the invoice. All four plans carry the same sixteen apps; what $97 to $297 a month buys is a bigger room: more contacts, more sends, more workspaces. That makes the bill predictable in one direction only. Features never force an upgrade, and a growing list always does.
Against its category the entry is steep: $97 a month where the middle of the website builders we price is $18, and still $81 on the annual path. The gap is honest once you see what is bundled: the email platform, courses, community and checkout all ride the flat rate. Buy it when the list and the sends genuinely live inside. As a place to put a site, it is the most expensive door on the street.
The flat rate inverts on a full team. Twenty included seats on Dominate work out at $25 a head, and ten on Optimize at $24.80, which undercuts most per-seat pricing at those sizes. One person on Launch is the opposite case: $972 a year for capacity a solo list rarely fills. The emptier the room, the worse the deal.
- You need a website, not a funnel and a listthe middle of this category does that for $18 a month, and nothing in the bundle changes that arithmetic.
- Your list is small and stablethe capacity you are paying for sits empty, and the $97 entry buys headroom you never touch.
- You need top-tier volume on a monthly budgetDominate is one $5,997 cheque, and no monthly path to its ceilings exists.
- Your account depends on running many funnels foreverthe unlimited allowance is a limited-time label, and the vendor does not say what follows it.
